---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: GINGERBREAD - FRUIT SWEET Categories: Cakes, Diabetic Yield: 16 Servings 1/2 c Butter 2/3 c Fruit Sweet 1/2 c Non-fat yogurt 2 Egg whites 2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1 ds Salt 1 ts Ginger 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Allspice From: Ellen Cleary Fruit sweet is made of peach and pear juices and pineapple syrup. It is available from Wax Orchards; R4 - 320; Vashon Island, WA 98070 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ square pan with Pam. In a large bowl, cream together butter, Fruit Sweet, and yogurt. When well blended, beat in egg whites. Combine flour, soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice. Add to batter.
